Donation Policy & Request Form
Affairs Afloat Balloons is dedicated to serving our community in as many ways as possible. We would love to support every worthwhile cause, but due to the volume of applications we receive, it is necessary to have some guidelines in place for such requests. These guidelines are here to help you understand the balloon world a little better.
- Donation/Partnership applications must be submitted between Dec. 1st and Dec. 31st for the following calendar year. We award ten (10) donation partnerships per year.
- A “Donation/Partnership Application” must accompany written requests.
- Donations are allocated on a “first come, first serve” basis, and the sooner you make your request the more likely we are to help you.
- If your Donation/Partnership request is approved, you will be notified within 7 days after submission.
- To better serve the entire community, Affairs Afloat Balloons will only donate to an organization once in a twenty-four (24) month period from the date of the donation request.
- All delivery charges will need to be covered by requesting entity. Delivery charges are $50-$75 depending on if strike is required
All listed guidelines must be met to qualify for partnership: Affairs Afloat logo and name must be displayed, company tagged in all social media post that our work appears in, business cards and marketing literature made available for guest (provided by AAB) and verbal partnership mentioned from podium during event.
Standard Donation:
- $50 AAB Gift Card or
- 2 dozen loose balloons on string
Partnership Donations:
- Up to 25% off Balloon Décor purchase of $200 or more.
- Up to 30% off Balloon Décor purchase of $450 or more.
- Up to 35% off Balloon Décor purchase of $700 or more.
